Transactional messages, like OTPs and payment alerts, sent from an approved transactional Sender ID can reach numbers on DND. Promotional messages can’t: the networks block them for people who have opted out. When a number blocks one of your promotional messages, Sendozi leaves it out of your campaigns for the next 90 days, so you don’t keep paying for messages that can’t land.

Yes. Once your business is verified in the Console, request a Sender ID of 3 to 11 letters, usually your business name. We take it to the networks for approval, and once it’s approved your messages arrive from that name instead of a random number.

No. Add your contacts by typing numbers or uploading an Excel or CSV file, write your message and send it from the Console. If you do have a developer, the REST API and delivery webhooks let your app send OTPs and alerts on its own.

You see it. Every number gets its own status, so you know what was sent, delivered or failed, and a failed message shows why, such as a switched-off phone or an invalid number. Messages that never reach a network, like numbers that opted out or a campaign you cancelled, are not charged.

Top up your Sendozi wallet by card or by bank transfer to your own account number, and each SMS is paid from that balance. There is no subscription and no monthly fee. The only charge on a top-up is the payment provider’s fee: 1.5% by card, capped at ₦2,000, or 1% by transfer, capped at ₦300. Sendozi adds none.
